📦 Processing Time
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Some larger items (like engines or transmissions) may require extra handling time due to freight arrangements.
🚚 Shipping Methods
We offer the following options:
- Standard Ground Shipping via UPS, FedEx, or USPS for most small-to-medium parts
- Freight Shipping for engines, transmissions, and other oversized items
- Local Pickup at our Lithonia, GA location (by appointment or during business hours)
You’ll receive a tracking number once your item has shipped.
📍 Local Pickup (Lithonia, GA)
- Pickup is available Monday–Saturday during normal business hours
- Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arriving
- Bring your order confirmation and ID for pickup
💵 Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on item size, weight, and destination
- For freight items, a flat rate or custom shipping quote may be provided
- We do not currently offer international shipping
📦 Freight Deliveries
If your item is shipped via freight:
- Delivery may take 5–10 business days
- A valid phone number is required for scheduling delivery
- Freight shipments must be delivered to a commercial address or a residence with liftgate access (additional charges may apply)
🔁 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
- If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours
- Save all packaging and take photos of damage for claim processing
- We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue, including reshipment or refund if needed
📦 Shipping Restrictions
- We only ship within the continental United States
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses
