Eligible Returns

We accept returns on most parts within 30 days of delivery or pickup, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The part is in the same condition as when sold (unmodified, uninstalled, and undamaged)
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or receipt)
  • The return is requested within the 30-day window

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless defective:

  • Electronic or electrical components (e.g., sensors, control modules)
  • Special-order parts
  • Items sold “as-is” or marked “final sale”
  • Installed, altered, or damaged parts

Return Process

  1. Contact Us
    Email or call us to initiate a return. Please include your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization
    We’ll provide return instructions and shipping info. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
  3. Shipping the Item
    • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was incorrect or defective.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring the package.
  4. Inspection & Refund
    • All returned items are inspected upon arrival.
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or the part is not what you ordered:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the part, packaging, and shipping label
  • We will cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund

Warranty Returns

Most parts include a 30-day limited warranty. If your part fails due to a defect (not improper installation or misuse), contact us for a warranty replacement or refund.
